Nawabi Hyderabad House - Biryani Place Nashville

Went to this place with a friend of mine to enjoy some food and tea as it is our tradition to do every week. We were charged for 4 teas instead of 2. However the biggest issue is the fact that when I contacted management, they never resolved anything and instead just promised to take care of it “next time”. The owner then contacted us and said he would make it right and then never heard from him again. His excuse is that his computer is very “sensitive” with the buttons but this is something that should very concerning for anyone visiting this place. I advise everyone to be aware of their bill, overall a very unpleasant experience. Proof is attached..

Great food, which is why this review is 3 stars. We placed an order at 10am for 5:30pm pickup, and it wasn't ready until 5:55pm. Don't recommend if you're working with any kind of timeline.

We tried weekend buffet. There are so many items but none seemed fresh especially the hyderabadi chicken dum biryani tasted like its spoiled. When we told this to the management, they replied some others also complained the same and the taste was different because of yogurt and masala mix. How could so many people get mistaken with the same item and how come yogurt and masla mix gives such a bad taste ?? I'm never going to this place again. Atleast they didn't try replacing the item, instead they were covering up stale food.

So many different items on the buffet menu but they all taste same and full of oil. Indian food is costly. We expected better since this was an old place.

Service was slow. And we got our food one at the time. We didn't get it together. My son and I were halfway done with our meal before my husband and daughter got their food.

Closest to authentic in Nashville. I recommend this to my friends. Staff is always attentive and polite as well.

We ordered chili chicken from Hyderabad House. It seemed like they were busy and didn’t have time to make the chili chicken properly, so they just fried Chicken 65, mixed it with chili chicken sauce, and served it to us. It had no taste. When you order and eat there, the food tastes different, but when you place a to-go order, it’s completely different.
