Manager at the j Alexander’s in Franklin, TN could not have been more rude. We didn’t even stay for dinner. He treated my son and his girlfriend, that were to meet us for dinner, in an extremely inappropriate manner. My husband and I will never return. He should never be allowed in the restaurant service industry.

Always great a great atmosphere, food always top quality. Never had any problems with service, very helpful and friendly.We had to send a plate back due to a small issue and the manager came out and apologized and replaced the food right away and threw in a desert for us. Thanks!Can get very busy throughout the week.

Takeout was ready in a timely fashion. Tried the filet w Bearnaise and lasagna. The filet was a giant hunk of poorly cooked flavorless meat. They make a big deal of not wanting to cook it past medium, but it was more rare than medium. All of us that tried it got sick, including the dog. For good filet, go to Connor’s instead. Just didn’t like lasagna flavor.

The head hostess noticed I was hard of hearing and told the seating hostess to take us to the quieter table. Our server was attentive and the food was excellent. From Appetizer to Entre (Apricot glazed Pork Chop) to Crème Brûlée…wonderful.Thank you for a great experience, J Alexander’s.

Paloma was our waitress for lunch and she was great! She was professional, very knowledgeable, patient and made good suggestions. The Caesar salad and pasta soup were very tasty. Hostesses were great too!

Jessica was a fabulous server. Very attentive and had drink refills without asking. Food was extra delicious. Seems this location, Cool Springs, is a lot better than other 2 Alexanders. We sat in a smaller brighter section which was wonderful. Just a great
Very nice place/romantic. Very dim lights at tables so romantic?. Very very expensive $$$, but worth the money food is delicious!Waitress we had was Great ??Only complaint would b tht our baked potato tasted old....meaning skin was peeling off and had a funny taste. We only asked for butter n chives on potato and butter was not melted all the way and potato was barely warm and tasted as if it was reheated in microwave?...But everything else was great! Me n hubby shared a plate (filet mignon) added a Caesar salad to our meal and had a pizza 4 HUGE pieces taste was awesome I think it was a 12", for appetizer 2 Drinks total $95 and some change. Sweet teas were great as well. So it's pricey but good.

I'm hard on restaurants, this place absolutely killed it on food, speed, and quality of service. It's a bit pricey, but they actually earn it.Ex., spinach queso app.. ran down to the last couple tortilla chips, looked up to see if I could flag down the server for more... just as a man arrives with a fresh bowl of chips AND a tea refill. Didn't have to wait or ask. Outstanding.Atmosphere was excellent as well. For example, the lighting had a lot of thought put into it creating mood and providing exactly the right amount of light for menu reading and eating.

In town for kids sports and stopped in for dinner. Excellent! Place was very busy so make a reservation. Brennan was an absolute pro and made the experience more enjoyable. Had the chicken platter - chicken was moist and flavorful but reading wasn't very crunch. However, fries and sauces were excellent. Wife liked her steak and really loved the side salad. Daughter thought the chocolate cake was incredible. Very good bourbon selection and the Bearded IPA I had was outstanding. The menu is diverse but not overwhelming. We left satisfied!

Let me first recognize the hostess Ms. Vicky; her attention to detail absolutely blew me away and it’s been quite a while since I’ve experienced such outstanding customer service. The ribs are also delicious. Every meal I have here is delicious. I highly recommend this location.
