Really, come on, it's Jack in the Box! Not to be harsh, but examine the facts. It's fast, it's food, it's usually open! But... like they say, "Jack" of all trades, master of none. You can choose from a literal laundry list of items, but if you want a great burger, go to a place that just focuses on burgers. If you want tacos, ..... Well you get the idea. Basically, it can fill a hungry stomach and it's reasonably priced. My staff experience has been both excellent and below average. So, at best, I would say the food and the experience is average.

I went two days in a row. Same slow line (both days) due to minimal workers (2) inside. However, they were doing the best they could AND as quick as the could. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because on the third day (my mom really loves this place and we don't have one where we live), they were unofficially closed but had no sign(s) to indicate the closing.

Try to get my favorite, chicken fajita pita, every time I'm visiting Franklin/Cool Springs area. The pita typically comes with fire roasted salsa. Every single time I order the meal, they never have the salsa & look at you like you're crazy for asking.

Every time we come to this location there is an issue. Tried to go thru drive thru and it was blocked by cone. Went to door and it said dining room was closed and to go thru drive thru. Cars were there, lights were on and we could see people inside behind the counter working but no customers. This has happened at least 5 times in as many months. Even tried to call and got silence then a recording in Spanish that said all circuits were busy like it was a cell phone. We can't rate thr service because we can never seem to get there any time day or night when anyone is there. Our daughter loves the mini tacos and we can never get them for her. I realize everyone is having trouble finding help but if you are closed turn off the outside lights and such. Very frustrating to have to get over there in traffic just to find there is no one to help.

It's hard to go wrong with Jack. Drive thru service was quick, the food was presented well and cooked well. In my few trips to this location I've not had a single order wrong which is nice.

Breakfast Jack and Croissant, hash brown, mini churro's. Hot and freshly made. The best fast food breakfast. This is not the case with most Jack in the box's but the workers here make a big difference.

Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of a refresh. Floors were so sticky, ripped wallpaper and tables that were from the early aughts. The staff was generally friendly, but there was a whole lot of yelling to each other. It was distracting... And they completely botched the fajita wrap with only lettuce, no fried peppers or onions (the very thing that makes it a fajita)

Kind of weird they would give you a soda, without ice. On a hot summer day. Especially when you didn't ask for no ice. I thought thats just the normal is to get ice with your drinks

Rather unimpressive. I swear the food is smaller and the prices are higher. It's been awhile since I ate here because it's so far from home but I was in the area and thought I'd go back for my favorite burger there..... the bacon ultimate cheeseburger! Got the combo with fries and a soft drink. Took it back to work and sat to eat. I swear the burger looked like a junior cheeseburger. I used to work for this company and it surprised me to see such a small burger for what I paid. Then to add insult to injury, the fries looked like they had been sitting for a spell. They were shriveled and floppy and luke warm at best (4-5 minute ride to work). The drink was fine but there should be no reason for that to be a failure. May be awhile before I revisit. They didn't appear to be busy either. Only a couple cars in the parking lot and I was 3rd car in line when I got to the order box.

Much better then other locations. My daughter had the loaded tiny tacos and really liked them. I like that I can get breakfast at any time of day. I did get the vanilla iced coffee with my meal but didn't really care for it. The flavoring was not very strong.
The last time I was there I was on my lunch break with 2 other people last week I believe it was 5/14/22.. (don't quote me). Anyway, we pulled up and decided to go in because the line to the drive-thru was so long. As soon as we walked in the rudest young black guy pushes us back out the door telling us that we have to order online and pickup in drive thru. One of the ladies with me mentioned the door being opened so we figured fine in was open. Again the guy, I assume he was manager because he had on a different shirt. He rudely explains that we can't be inside because there were only 3 people working that night. The way he acted I wasn't going to order anything because he seemed like the type to drop your food on the floor & still serve it to us. As a matter of fact, we won't be going back to that establishment in Franklin on Mallory lane. Sadly we had gone a few days before and the staff that night was so friendly. I only got the cheddar bacon fries that day but they were perfect ?...

Service was fast , maybe too fast my husband's combo 1 looked like it was ready 45 minutes earlier. My fish was hot breading was dark either because grease needed changing or who knows the center of fish not completely cooked. The fries were perfect. The staff was friendly

This location has trouble staying open. I was in the drive thru line tonight and they closed at 7:30pm when they were supposed to be open until 10pm. Apparently short staffed and couldn't keep up, so the closed early. Sent us away. They have been having staffing issues, even greatly reduced their regular hours, but still can't keep open. Surprised that after COVID, this location is even still operating.

Long wait in parking lot after going through drive through to have food be cooked. They left out part of our order plus gave us the wrong thing as well. Short staffed and they didn't seem very concerned about being slow or getting the order wrong. All doors are locked so you can't go inside either. We ordered some tiny tacos, curly fries and a hamburger and it was $30. ?
