Really, come on, it's Jack in the Box! Not to be harsh, but examine the facts. It's fast, it's food, it's usually open! But... like they say, "Jack" of all trades, master of none. You can choose from a literal laundry list of items, but if you want a great burger, go to a place that just focuses on burgers. If you want tacos, ..... Well you get the idea. Basically, it can fill a hungry stomach and it's reasonably priced. My staff experience has been both excellent and below average....read full review

I went two days in a row. Same slow line (both days) due to minimal workers (2) inside. However, they were doing the best they could AND as quick as the could. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because on the third day (my mom really loves this place and we don't have one where we live), they were unofficially closed but had no sign(s) to indicate the closing.

Try to get my favorite, chicken fajita pita, every time I'm visiting Franklin/Cool Springs area. The pita typically comes with fire roasted salsa. Every single time I order the meal, they never have the salsa & look at you like you're crazy for asking.
