I went there to order a pizza and do a takeout. We prefer that you do an online order because I really don't want to take your order in person. The lobby area is really designed just for takeout. I'm sure most of their business is done by delivery.
I called because whoever made my pizza forgot my cheese cup and put in a garlic cup i never ordered and smashed it inside making the box and pizza soggy. This is how they did me and had the nerve when I call to have a rude tone as if I did this myself saying "uh huh sure" after I said I could provide photos, and then after saying they'd replace it in a rude tone as I went to say "I hope I don't sound rude, the manager hung up in my face". Ordered online at 6:47 p.m. Got to Papa John's at 8:06 p.m. and they hadn't started making our order. While we were there, about 8 or 9bother orders hadn't been made. Not good business. They refunded the prepaid money but still is not good for business when you are looking forward to pizza.
