I ordered a hot pastrami sandwich with cheddar broccoli soup. The pastrami was not hot. The soup was really good.

We went for the salad bar around 5pm and when we went to the salad bar so many of the vegetables and sides were empty. There was a Hispanic woman named Laura I think that’s what her name tag said that was supposed to be working but was instead standing by the icecream machine talking in Spanish on her cell phone with it on speaker. She was having an entire conversation on speaker instead of doing her job. I literally had to go over to where I ordered and ask if somebody could refill for five of the items that were completely out. She then sat her phone down as the gentleman started to walk over to help me and gave me an extremely dirty look all while she continued to have her conversation on speaker as she started refilling the items.
Then she walked away with her phone still having the conversation I then went to put dressing on and noticed that the dressing was out so I had to go ask a guy behind the counter for a second time if someone could refill it. It was me and two other ladies waiting for the dressing.
The entire time my family and I ate she was on her phone. Not once did the manager on duty do anything about this Horrible service and she continued to give my family and I several dirty looks the entire time we were there. Unbelievable.
I don’t understand how so many of the workers can be speaking in Spanish when we are in Franklin Tennessee if they speak Spanish in their native country, that is one thing but while they’re working at an American restaurant in Franklin Tennessee, they should be only speaking English.
Needless to say we will not be returning to this Jason‘s deli we will drive the extra way to the Brentwood location. It’s really sad because we were regular customers here, but we will not be back after this.

Wow! What a place to eat in or take out. Large salad bar, variety of soups, sandwiches and pastas. Selection of iced tea flavors.
If you like sandwiches that are dry, too tall to actually eat then this is your place. Why make a sandwich that is too big to take a bite? What so dry? No mayo nothing. 1 cheese and 1 lettuce leaf. Meat was ok though. Won't be going back and be sure to bring a jug of milk to choke it down

Jason’s Deli never lets us down when we need a quick bite. They have a wide variety menu for any potential picky eaters. You can even build your own sandwich to get exactly what you want. You order at the counter and get a number and they’ll bring out any made to order food. They also have a nicely stocked salad bar with an icecream machine. Bathrooms and dining room are always clean, but sometimes the AC isn’t putting in the work. Great casual spot to grab lunch!
