Mentioned to Manager we were disappointed the soft serve ice cream machine was not working, instead of joking and perhaps apologizing, he was a jerk about it and said we are not responsible when the machine breaks down. Soup was luke warm to cold. Definitely not served at the appropriate or safe temperature. Manager didn't seem to care.

First time here as we don't have Jason's in southern California. Was looking for some hot soup while out shopping on this 40 degree day. Found them on Yelp. What a nice and different sandwich shop than places like Subway, Jersey Mikes, etc. Great choice of 6 soups and today they had a roasted tortilla soup special. So I got the 1/2 sandwich and soup special. I asked the nice lady at the counter what the more popular sandwiches are as they have very many (and all sound good). One of the recommended ones was a Reuben, and that's what I had. The soup was delicious with a nice flavor and was just hot enough to not burn my mouth. The 1/2 sandwich was bigger than many full sandwiches at other places. Very lean, tender, with the right amount of sauerkraut and dressing. Will try Jason's again next time I'm in town!

I feel like the food is not as great as it used to be. My soul was cold and my half sandwich seemed lacking. The staff was friendly though.

Just had the worst experience at any food related stover ever.Rude cashier who told us when we asked if we could place a take out order 3 times then eventually replied with “ this is the only register open” followed by an even ruder manager. If you don’t understand English say so! Won’t be frequenting Jason’s ever again.

Our family LOVES going to jasons deli! They have the perfect amount of various options to choose from but not so many that you just cant decide. Their Alfredo chicken pasta was AMAZING.. The salad bar is fantastic and has wonderful greens and topping choices along with yummy muffins and breads. The Caesar salad is so good and the dressing is delicious. The kids love their kids pizza and spaghetti and of course the free ice cream. And its ridiculously affordable. 1000% recommend Jasons deli for lunch or dinner
