I normally prefer Jimmy John’s, but decided to get Jersey Mikes today since they were donating 100% of sales to charity.

I placed an online order which was ready quickly and had no trouble picking it up. However, I was not impressed with the sandwich which was disappointing since it was more expensive than Jimmy John’s.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Super fast and friendly staff had me in an out in less than 10 minutes despite 8 people in line ahead of me. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Jersey Mike's always makes my sub sandwich perfectly and quickly. And at the store on Meridian in Cool Springs, the crew is very friendly and efficient. Jersey Mike's has the best sub sandwiches.
