Rough. I've tried to order here online multiple times and they are always late. Just showed up to grab my $100+ pizza I ordered 2 hours ago for a 5:00 p.m. pickup time for a 5:30 p.m. Halloween party. They said to check back in 30 minutes as if they don't even know if my pizzas will be ready by then. Worst part about it is the manager in charge was not even trained to say sorry. Will order from Domino's next time!

i had ordered 2 pizzas, one 8 corner and one 4 corner. half was pepperoni and the other half was supposed to be pineapple and jalapeño on both pizzas. we ended up getting pepperoni on the whole pizzas and jalapeños on half instead of the pineapple that was ordered. the pineapple topping was also on the receipt so i know it wasnt my error. could’ve been a simple mistake but i’m a little disappointed as the pineapple jalapeño combo is why I order from jets.

Worst Jet's Pizza I have had - and I search for Jet's when we travel. Ordered extra sauce and pizza had NO SAUCE! With such a thick crust that resulted in NO FLAVOR. staff was pleasant when I picked up the pizza, but obviously the staff either do not know how to make pizza, can not read directions, or just don't care. This is only carry out so no atmosphere. Go anywhere but Jet's in Franklin on Liberty Pike for pizza
TERRIBLE PIZZA! I love Jet's Pizza - but this is the WORST pizza from anywhere I have ordered. I ordered extra sauce and I got NO SAUCE! What I got was bread with cheese. If you like good pizza - go anywhere but here.

What can you say, its take out pizza. If you like deep dish pizza and can't get to Chicago its an OK substitute. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 2 stars it's just a small waiting area with no real place to dine.
