My to-go order was a pulled chicken sandwich. When I got home and took a bite, a very large chicken bone was in the pulled meat. This is a common mistake due to going to fast or just being careless.

The food is excellent The service is good The atmosphere is good There’s plenty of sides from the fries baked beans and collard greens The drive thru is good and doesn’t take too much time The staff is great when it comes to getting the order in and bringing the food to the table and self serving at the drink station It’s great for kids and families There’s plenty of seating inside and outside on the patio The size of the meals is fantastic and you get plenty of bang for your buck This place is a amazing when it comes to bbq The white sauce has a bama taste to it and there’s plenty of other sauces to try with anything you want

Roughly $50 for a family of four not including drinks. We prefaced our selections with “is this spicy” to the hostess to which we were told no since both our toddlers will not eat spicy. We got our food and everything was spicy. The sauce. The seasonings. They refused to eat.
My sausage was either stale or overcooked because the casing was like biting into a stale oily piece of cardboard. Didn’t even finish it because it wasn’t edible.
The best part of the meal was the free honey cheddar biscuits they bring you. Maybe that’s how they distract you from the food.

Just dont. The food was edible but not with the $12 I paid for a pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. I went through the drive thru and the woman at the window made the order more difficult than it needed to be. The food was barely subpar. The only flavoring was a strong pepper taste and the coleslaw was …. Foul. Idk how this place has multiple locations. Save your money and go elsewhere. I don’t mean to be rude but I would have gotten a better meal at McDonald’s or culvers. Lastly, the woman at the window didn’t confirm the price with me nor did she tell me how much change I got. It was Gen Z to the core with the state and all. I will not be returning
1st time visiting this restaurant really had my mouth ready for southern food greens, Mac n cheese, potato salad and bbq turkey. I did not eat all my food and felt as if I wasted money. Greens were very salty so did not finish and turkey was overly dry and was not a fan of the bbq sauce. Mac n cheese and potato salad was fair. The service of was good although it was a semi self serve place, get your own drink, napkins and utensils. Was not my cup of tea, but could be someone else’s. So don’t let my review keep you from trying it for your self
Employees are very friendly. The waitres was patient while ordering. Our food came quickly ( within 15 minutes ) and tasted fresh.

I’m just curious what the problem is with the Franklin Tennessee store at cool Springs. It seems lately when I go there about 6:30 PM through the drive-through and attempt to order their smoked chicken. They are always out at this location. Why?
