Walked in and the place smelled really bad. Trash everywhere. Multiple workers with long hair not wearing hair nets. Sat down with my sister on her birthday while she was ordering her sandwhich I sat down with food from a different establishment, was then told by a worker that I need to leave that they have a no outside food or drink policy which is not posted if true. Will not be returning to this establishment.

Ordered a veggie and it was missing guacamole and mayo. Ordered a tuna and it barely had any tuna on it and tasted weird and now about 6 hours later my stomach is sick. Can't prove it was the sandwich but very suspicious. Also wondering if it has to do with the fact I don't tip at counter service places like this. Will not be back

This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this place. I didn't want their turkey anymore, because it's so loaded with salt as a preservative, I couldn't eat it. The sandwich I ordered tonight said it came with Dijon. It didn't say it came with mayonnaise. It's a waste of $11.00. They don't ask u a damned thing, but they want a tip for every swipe of your card.

Look, it’s Jimmy John’s. You know what you’ll get when you order from here.That being said… the staff here is fantastic. I walk by fairly often and grab a sub to go or just to quickly dine in. Every time I come by they are quick to serve and the sandwiches are just good.5 stars for the service alone. It’s your typical fast food sandwhich; but it’s one of the best Jimmy John locations I’ve been to!

I ordered a skinny sandwich and asked for them to add lettuce and mustard. They said they would have to up charge me a dollar. What?! And that they could give me packets of mustard, not put it on my sandwich. I've ordered this before and they added whatever I wanted, so must be a new policy. Not going back ever.
