Great smoothies, but they never have to go orders ready when you get there. I have never had my order ready when arriving and show up with staff doing nothing. Then once I ask for my order they start to finally make it. I would understand if it happened on a busy day or once in a while, but it is consistent even on days when foot traffic is light. Nice people, but need to do better in this area. Cannot order 20 minutes ahead and then wait for 20 minutes at your shop.

The price point was a little high, but with the national inflation over the past four year - understandable. Especially with the fact that all the food and drinks were excellent, fresh and tasty. Staff was very engaging and friendly. Facility was rustic but clean. All in all, this was a great experience and a very good eatery destination.

What an amazing place to go after a workout! The customer service is amazing! The lady that makes your smoothie, greets you with the warmest greetings and is excited and happy to be at work! Smoothies are delicious and healthy!
Franklin Illegal Immigration Cafe. If you are angry about illegal immigration, don’t go. Loud, brazen workers yell in Spanish, dont speak English. Had to stop coming here. Owner is a sellout for cheap labor. Angers me. Makes you wonder why contribute to the paycheck of foreigners working here. Owner could employ American kids, but prefers third worlders. Bad juju.

My first time here today 2/28/24, and from start to finish 5 ⭐️ service. I was nicely greeted, ordered the Pineapple Cake smoothie, and it was done in 5 min. The lady here was excellent and just had a warming and pleasant spirit. Awesome customer service and the quality of the smoothie was perfect. Even a clean atmosphere. I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the area.
