Cute treats. I get the novelty of it but 8 dollars for 2 small bottles of very generic water.....come on.....shameful.

Icecream was delish. Carmel apples looked amazing. I haven't stopped thinking about them. Going back for one this weekend.

Ice cream was great The employees are very helpful and willing to answer questions. Love the day allowed us to sample a few before deciding on which one to get they also let you combine multiple flavors which was handy if you were really indecisive. We got some of the caramel apples and they were fabulous. Definitely recommend stopping in if you're in town.

Haven't been here in a long time, decided to stop in.wow the prices are crazy and I mean crazy. The fudge available was not in any good flavors. The one we bought had hardly any flavor and was dry. The chocolates were so expensive you could only buy a few,it is very delicious. The non perils in dark chocolate tasted old.

Love their ice cream. Service is fast and friendly.

Good but crazy expensive! I understand the fudge being pricey but you have something like a caramel Apple that is now $9 each. Overall, pricing is nuts.

Delicious and refreshing!
The cherry-strawberry mix was perfectly balanced—sweet, tangy, and super creamy.

RECOMMENDATION - Great treats. I'm sure we'll be back.
If you have a sweet tooth, you'll want to visit. If you are low on funds though, you might want to skip it. These are hand made and located in downtown Franklin (the OC of TN) - the price reflects that. I would've given it 5 stars, but the price held me back.

VALUE - 2/5 (low rating here, due to high price). BUT, these are hand made candies. If that's for you, then you'll love this place.
- Candy Apple x2 - 5/5
Family has had this before and wanted another one.
- Buckeye ball - 5/5 - Very similar to my personal recipe. But holy crap it was $3 a ball.
- Pnut britle - 5/5 - Sweet, salty and savory. Different flavor than I'm used to. I'm a big See's Candy fan. We drove to a grocery store after picking this up and I sat in the car, by myself while the wife went inside. This was a dangerous move as I ate 1/3 of the briggle.

PORTION SIZE - normal for hand dipped candy.

SERVICE- 5/5
Attentive staff.

ATMOSPHERE - 4/5
Just what you'd expect from a Main Street candy store. Small, but big enough to see everything. You just have to walk around all the people coming in for ice cream and treats.

I know it’s a chain but it still feels local and I love it. The smell alone when you walk into the shop is worth the trip. From great ice cream to chocolates to flavored popcorn, Kilwins is the perfect ending to a date night in downtown Franklin.

I just came in and was met with a welcoming face. Addy was just fantastic, she’s a bright person, extremely accommodating, super easy to talk to and overall seems like she enjoys what she does. She gave me all the sampling and many many recommendations. People like Addy give me hope that good service customer exists! There are so many options regarding fudge, ice cream, and other goodies. I am so happy with my visit here and will definitely be coming back. THANK YOU ADDY!!!
