I will not be ordering again unless I have a whole evening to wait for pizza. The last several times we have ordered, the delivery time has been an hour or longer when the promise time was only 30 minutes. I have been on hold for 10 minutes so far in an attempt to find out where our food is.

I asked for non contact delivery. I expected notice that it was delivered via text or phone call. my pizza sat on my front porch for 25 minutes IN 30 DEGREE weather before I saw in an email it had been delivered.
