Marco's Pizza in Franklin

“What an experience. Walked into the store and was immidiatly greeted by the kindest employee with a routine “how can I help you”. I respond, “I need pizza.”. The employee, Josh, responded promptly and enthusiastically with, “we have pizza”. Obviously, anyone would understand my happiness with being informed that I had in fact come to the correct location. And his candor was elegant and personable. I think Josh should be considered for promotion from his current role. His knowledge on customer service, attention to detail, and enthusiastic personality would make him a great fit for senior leadership. Also 10/10 pizza“

“Very friendly staff, and clean place. They have some great gluten free options, and prices are very reasonable. Food is above average, certainly good enough to return again and again. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for something quick and decent, with excellent customer service.“
