Roadtrip dinner on a Friday night. Got my order less than 5 minutes after placing it at the kiosk. The interior was very clean, including the bathroom. Service was friendly, I asked for an extra few sauce packets and the worker got me some no issues. All in all a positive experience just the break I needed on my trip.

The Franklin TN, near I65, location seemed to very busy and understaffed. The servive was slow and definitely unorganized in the drive through. I'm not sure if people ordered and then left the line, which could have caused the issue. It took almost 30 mins to oder and receive food. I would have left if I wasn't hungry. The staff was nice and friendly, just slow. Thr fries were not cold but definitely not hot. They had been sitting in the bag for a few minutes.

Really not happy that they don’t have a drink station. You have to go to the counter and try to get someone’s attention to get a refill. They are slow to serve because they want everyone to use the kiosk.
