This is my regular quick stop for lunch. Not anymore. I experienced bad services. First, i got got my Big Mac with only one patty. When i went back and showed the manager the next day, he asked for the receipt which they never gave me me. He didn't even try to work it with unsatisfied customer. Just tried to brush off. This brach is Mc Donald got double thumb down 👎👎 for my rating.

Food was cooked to order, quickly. Served hot, exactly as ordered. Friendly people. Tasty quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. My hubby got a fish sandwich and enjoyed it too. Fries were good. Fast food done well.

Store hours all say that it opens at 4am. I get here at 4am while on a break from my job, and they are closed. Lights on, employees in there, and one completely ignored me. This is the importance of keeping hours updated online.
The staff don't have experienced enough in the work and it takes a long time to prepare the customers' orders and I was not able to get my receipt and the coffee was not good.

Went through and was rudely taken care of. When I drove up to the window the first thing they said was what do you want. As someone who works in customer service I know this is not an appropriate way to speak to a customer, I was very let down and upset

If I could give negative stars i would give a million negative starts im gonna show yall my big mac that was only supposed to have extra cheese no lettuce sent it back it cane out worse then the 1st Big Mac the 2nd one came out with really Big Mac Sauce with a Lil bit of burger. I'll never go back and I did call. The Black Lady Karen was so disrespectful it was really hard to stop talking when I did. I've never been more disrespected in my life. My daughter's cheeseburger was off the bun. It took her almost 10 minutes to bring me that 2nd Big Mac with all that sauce I never asked for extra sauce. The manager that was a man he helped me when I called her tried to fix it but i was to scared lol to try for a 3rd Big Mac
