Does drive thru open at 5:00 or 5:10? Been there several times and had to leave before someone takes order
Arrived at 5:40am. Nobody answered drive-thru. I said hello multiple times and I could see two people moving around inside. After waiting a few minutes, I pulled around again and tried a second time with the same result. The website says they are supposed to be open at 5:00am.

Unfortunately I come here quite often, to begin, when you order, it’s hardly English, if you can get them to answer a question about the menu and understand you then you might should play the lotto. Forget it if you order anything special: Light Ice, no mayo, it’s like they can’t read the screen of what’s being asked. It’s literally everytime. It’s just a sad state of an iconic American fast food company, there is no saving this, majority of these places are like this now.
