Merridee's Breadbasket offers some nice food options for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner right in the middle of Downtown Franklin which makes it a very convenient spot to drop into while also being near a lot of other great options. They are closed on Sundays then are open 7am till 5pm on weekdays and 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays. The evening hours are on the very early side for dinner for many people and especially for me. Merridee’s Breadbasket is an absolute gem in the heart of Franklin. I came here with my dad and my daughter, and it turned into one of those simple, perfect mornings you don’t forget. Adorable place! Our family was visiting from Louisiana for vacation and we loved downtown Franklin and saw Merridee's and wanted to try it. The salads were so fresh and delicious (I got the Chicken Fruit Salad), and the key lime pie was so yummy 😋 I tried some of the poppyseed dressing that came with my sister's salad, and boy, I would buy an entire bottle of that stuff it was so good 😂 My sister also got a Chai latte, and she said it was very good.
