Walked over for a beer with a 75-year-old friend who didn’t have an ID on her. Server asked the manager if she could serve her. Server came back and told us the manager said she could not be served. I have never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. My friend definitely doesn’t look under 21 or under 40. There is absolutely no law that says she cannot be served. This manager should not be managing and/or bullying a server that she cannot serve people who are definitely well over the age restriction and therefore cheating her out of a tip. Or maybe the manager needs his/her eyes examined, though, he/she never came over to us, just sent the server back saying she can’t serve a 75-year-old woman a Corona. We went down the way to another establishment that definitely recognized we were WAY over 21/40 and did not require an ID from either of us. Unbelievable

Their patio is my favorite spot to eat with my dogs. They bring bowls of water out for their four legged guests. Great food and beverage options. I have never had a bad meal or bad service. 5 stars from me, Lucy and Bentley.

Ashley is great! Remembers us every time and will joke when one of the group doesn’t show up. Fantastic place either for lunch or dinner. Drinks and food always come quickly, hot or cold. My favorite lunch spot when I need a break from work!

A bartender should never bring a customer a Coke product that looks more like a light brown water.
I ordered Captain Morgan and Diet Coke. The cola dispenser put out almost all soda. Nasty. As a bartender, the young lady should have been able to tell that it wasn't right without my need to tell her!

First time at Neighbors of Franklin, and I really enjoyed it! I had a turkey avocado wrap, and my son had the Cubar and bacon cheeseburger for my husband. We all enjoyed the sandwiches and the fries were so good!! I had a bushwacker as well, and it was one of the best I've had.

The location was excellent. The staff was attentive and the service was fast. What wasn’t good that will prevent me from going again - they do not take cash - the air was not on, it was super hot - but most of all the music was soooooo loud you couldn’t hear the person you are having dinner with without screaming or reading lips. It could have been turned down a notch even during the games and people still would have had a great time. Definitely don’t take a date there
