Pretty nasty actually! Everything has the same distinct burnt taste. Even the rice and noodles! And the chicken dish i always get has a brownish red sauce at most places, but here the chicken is black and looks, and tastes completely unappetizing. It really sucks because their delivery through door dash was fast but it was NOT GOOD FOOD!! In fact it was probably the worst experience with Asian cuisine I've ever had to be honest 😕

Poor customer service and food. This place only survives because it's in the middle of a very large subdivision and is extremely convenient for everyone that lives in the neighborhood. We have tried on a few occasions for this fact, but always end up being disappointed. They will tell you it will be ready in 20 minutes, while you wait an hour to pick up your food and they don't care. No quality control over the food either.

Don’t even wanna give a star because customer service is horrible. Used to be a nice lady owned the place But since there is a new owner, not only she disrespectful. She’s also could not understand what we’re trying to order. We live around here and your service depending on us so I guess you won’t be around that long - good luck with everything !

This is our go to Chinese takeout in Franklin - and we’ve tried several other places. The staff is always very nice and the food is excellent. We really like the Buddhist delight and other vegetarian dishes here!
Also - I’m not sure why there is a review on here with a picture of a buffet because I’ve been going here for more than 5 years and they’ve never had a buffet…
