Ordered a cake for this Saturday, and someone called me Wednesday about moving my order due to the expected snow. I tried to call back multiple times on Wednesday and the phone system kept saying to call back during business hours even though I was calling while they were open. Couldnt speak to an employee at all. I sent them an email and also got no reaponse. So I call today, hoping ai could move the pick up to tomorrow (friday), and an employee tells me they dont have a way to move the order date, only a manager can, and the manager wont be in until tomorrow. So we wont have our cake for my boyfriends birthday and Im extremely disappointed. They also apparently cant cancel/refund my order without the manager being there either. Super unprofessional and I definitely wont be buying anything from them in the future.

I had a disappointing experience at this location today due to the way a coupon question was handled at the register. I asked about a coupon code I had seen online, and although I understand that not all locations honor the same promotions, the way my concern was addressed felt unprofessional and dismissive.
While I ultimately completed my purchase without using the coupon, the interaction left me dissatisfied. A simple, respectful explanation and a more customer-focused approach would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism and customer service during this interaction has made me hesitant to return to this location.
I hope management will take this as an opportunity to reinforce expectations around respectful communication and customer service.

Hey! Listen, i work at nothing bundt cakes for years and i just wanted to clear up our BIGGEST mess: forks. Forks has been a difficult disaster for everyone, not just employees but customers; the one thing that gives us a misunderstanding is our FDA regulation. Now pure honesty, we do have a FDA regulation stating that we are not allowed to give out utensils. Now, before it seems like I'm cheating you guys out, we are not considered as a RESTAURANT. If we gave out utensils, we’d be considered a restaurant, but were more of a retail store, which is why when you walk in, you don't only see our delicious cakes but even buyable items around the shop. Which brings me to our plates & forks packaged at the bottom for big cakes, like 8 inch and 10 inch. We did just have an update though, where in our store, we are able to only give out ONE fork, aloud from our insurance company. So, no matter how many bundlets you get, we are only allowed to give one to each person asking for it. I know it seems unfair and most definitely frustrating and silly, but we, as GSRS, are told to follow rules and guidelines. What i want to apologize for is the response back for your complaints. The reply probably doesn’t give you a reasonable response nor does it help clear up your confusion. So i truly hope this does. Have a wonderful day for whoever read all of this! :) Again hope it clears up a little bit of confusion.

Our family loves Nothing Bundt Cakes (& not just because they give you a darling free mini bundt on your birthday). The smiles you see here make you want to buy a cake & the whole shop smells delicious (I mean, what smells better than freshly baked cake?!?). Go, get a cake, large or small, and enjoy!

Nothing Bundt cakes is your ultimate sweet treat ! Love them all 💜
Poor attitude from the girl working the counter, it’s unfortunate that this is deemed appropriate.

I ordered a single mini and had intended to enjoy it in my car. I asked if they had included a fork and was informed they cannot give out plastic forks because of the FDA. I'm sorry.... what.... Newks next door is giving out plastic forks did the FDA just forget to tell them? What a bizarre lie why not just say you ran out if you aren't going to tell the truth. I wouldn't have thought anything more had they just said they were out... but against FDA?!!! So what if it isn't a lie... so I looked it up. FDA does indeed have regulations for forks that are to be REUSED. It requires specific washing conditions and temperatures. So were they reusing the plastic forks people ate with or were they using metal forks and not washing them?
I left with a lot of questions and very few answers but I am deeply deeply disturbed... either they just lie to customers (not good) or they got in trouble for not washing their dishes/reusing disposable forks (even worse!)
EDIT TO RESPOND TO RESPONSE:
You totally missed the point. The issue is how your employee said THE FDA WILL NOT LET YOU GIVE FORKS OUT. Your response did not deny what your employee said. The FDA doesn’t prohibit other establishments from distributing plastic utensils why does it prohibit yours? What does a bakery/restaurant have to do for the FDA to prohibit plasticware!?!?
Since you did not correct or deny what the employee said about the FDA it can only be true then. What kind of food violation does a place have to commit for the FDA to ban fork usage?! Does not matter how pretty you package your food if the hygiene at the establishment isn’t at a level that the health department/ FDA will allow you to use utensils.
SCARY

I’m furious right now of how much this store lies! I went at 11:00 to cash in my birthday cake coupon. However for the second year in a row they had no lemon raspberry. So we left and I contacted corporate. Within a short amount of time I received a phone call from Jacquelyn in Brentwood. So about 2:00 we headed over to Cool Springs but unfortunately I selected the wrong store but it wasn’t until I asked for that person that I realized what I had done. This store said they had some. So I asked why they weren’t in the case and she said they were just done. So I placed my order. My husband used his coupon for bogo with another cashier. One of his choices was lemon raspberry. I had to wait quite a while for mine. Mine was finally brought out and when we asked where his was the manager, who was helping me, stated she only had one. She then runs to the back and comes back with a bogo coupon for us to come back in a week. We live 45 minutes away so she says I can give you a discount on some minis. Why in the heck would you give us a discount? Where is the customer service!!! And I’m sure someone else is going to be upset as this manager took someone else’s online order to fill mine. My apologies to the Brentwood store and I so appreciate the great customer service from Jacquelyn who definitely has it together. Do better Cool Springs! I’d write her name but she never told me.

We ordered the mini-Bundt cakes for a couples baby shower and they were perfect! We got 5 different flavors and each one was delicious…it was hard to pick a favorite! The size was just right for an individual serving and MUCH cuter and more moist than a regular cupcake. The cream cheese frosting on top is the best. Guests at the shower, even the men, commented on how good they were. We will definitely order from them again.

Nothing beats the moist bundt cakes with cream cheese frosting
I do agree that their cakes are delicious! I went in last week for a specific flavor that I had gotten an email about, but it didn't start until this week. I purchased two bundlets and when the cashier gave my my receipt, she told me if I would take the survey, I would receive a coupon for BOGO and could come back and get the flavor I wanted to try. I did the survey that night and now 5 says later have not received any coupon.Very disappointing especially since they no longer do their punch cards either.
GREAT customer service!!!
Wonderful choices of cakes. I recommend you try them all.
