I ordered two large pizzas, cheese bread, and a brownie. Everything was hot and fresh. The cheese sticks are my favorite on a pastry like dough and a buttery cheese oh, so, delicious mouth-watering masterpiece.
The pizzas were hot, and the cheese covered the entire pizza, except the crust, which was exceptionally good.The brownie well, with ice cream, needs no explanation.
My wait time was typical for a busy dinner time. I order there exclusively.

Ordered from this Papa John’s. It took twice as long as estimated, which frankly isn’t that big of a deal…it happens. But they used DoorDash for delivery. Apparently they didn’t provide my number to the driver. The driver never showed up, and then apparently just decided to leave my order at the bottom of a random stairwell outside. I checked my building and the closest one and it was of course nowhere to be seen and once the driver hit that it was delivered his phone number disappeared, so I couldn’t contact him. Definitely will not bother ordering from them again.
Just visited and saw employee scrolling thru his phone w his left hand, headphones in and w the right hand handling dough. That can't be sanitary. Why?????

Terrible service. The delivery driver ignored my instructions and left my food sitting inside. She claimed to have rung the doorbell, but she never did. When I brought it up with her, she was rude and disrespectful. I reported the issue to the manager, who offered a discount, but I made it clear that wasn't what I was looking for. Train your employees better! The manager didn't seem particularly concerned. As a loyal Papa John’s customer, I’m deeply disappointed, and you’ve just lost a valued customer.

Went to a pizza party at my apartment complex. The manager ordered $300 worth of pizzas that didn't get delivered. When the manager went to their facility their manager gave a lame excuse why the pizza order did not get processed. He reluctantly returned the money and told her " maybe you should have bought them somewhere else". How is that for customer care?
