My experience is that the food is what I expected. It did take a minute, I will say that I’m also in the industry, and this place took over an old Lennys, and kept their design. If they only have two people on, they can only be so efficient. So yes, sometimes you have to wait. Be patient, understand your food is being made fresh instead of being sandbagged…and just hope they can get a remodel one day to help them be more efficient. They always grill/bake perfectly, and it tastes great every time - I come here for my lunch breaks most days. The only thing is that I wish they assembled the sandwiches neater - it’s not entirely their fault as they probably have specific measurements of ingredients in each sandwich, and I always order a large. Sometimes it’s hard to eat and does get pretty messy. But all in all they always get the order right on the money :)
The week of October 9th-13th hands down was the most terrifying and horrible week of my life. I stumbled upon a Penn Station ECS in Williamson County, and the gentlemen behind the counter, Abrams and Cameron, were beyond kind enough to hear my troubled week.
