Perry's Steakhouse & Grille - Cool Springs

Best service we have received at a restaurant in a long time! Our waiter was incredible. One suggestion, when we first walked in, the hostess didn't greet us with a hello or welcome, the first thing she asked was “do you have a reservation??” May be you should welcome guests first. Other than that the food was great, sides are enough for 4 people+ and steaks were perfects. Again, our waiter, Chris was incredible. He was also training Noah.

First timer - we sat outside on the patio for a Sunday Dinner. Food and Service were exceptional. Just thought it was a bit odd and poor first impression when the host tried to seat us directly next to the only other occupied table on the patio. It was very tight (we were bumping into the other guests as they were enjoying their meal trying to sit down) and had to request to sit in a nearby table.

We had an excellent meal for my birthday. My wife and I shared the tuna tartar and then she got the filet and I got the flight of Texas Wagyu steaks. The drinks were great too. Our waiter, Jared, got caught up with a big party shortly after we were seated, so the GM, Gavin, stepped in to help. They even comped a crème brûlée for my birthday. We highly recommend Perry's Steakhouse.

The food was excellent as per usual. I had the pork chops and they were the most tender that I have ever had.

We love Perry's! Especially the outdoor seating option! The pork chop is shareable and our favorite side is the corn brûlée!

Excellent service, food and a great senior value. It was our 56th anniversary and we were treated very specially by our waiters.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences my husband and I have ever had. The food was beyond delicious. Highly recommend the bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer! The steaks were amazing and the sides were so good! We got the bread pudding dessert and it was incredible. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was so incredible. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a special place and we will definitely be coming back.

I’ve dined at many fine dining steakhouses, Ruth Cris, Morton’s, Capital Grille, Voltagio Brothers, etc. This one takes the cake, by far. Our server, Mr. Biller, was absolutely phenomenal and went above and beyond the entire experience. Since we had never been to Perry’s before, he took the time to go over the menu, highlighted their specialties, and made sure to answer any questions we had. The Turtle Gumbo was the best Gumbo my boyfriend had ever had, and he’s a Gumbo freak. He wanted to go into the kitchen and learn how to make it. The Hog-Hatten was another fantastic hit, and when asked if they could do a Bleu Cheese stuffed vodka martini there was no hesitation, and a side car of extra stuffed olives. Steaks were perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly right. We came from PA for a business/pleasure trip, and are factoring Perry’s into our next just come “hangout for a weekend” trip. And we will for sure make sure Biller is our server!!

I have eaten here a few times and loved it. Today is my second time ordering by delivery. I thought the first time might have been a fluke as I always had great food here but this is the second time in a row I have thrown the food away. I get there best New York Strip Steak. Both times now way under cooked to the point of being purple in color. But worse than that is the steak is full of connective tissue. I cut the steak up and it's held together like dental floss by the connective tissue. Straight into the trash can. Yes I tried to call. Got put on hold 2 times. Waited and waited so I hung up and decided to write my first review. I don't see a place to upload a picture but I wish I could.

The place was so over crowded it was uncomfortable. We had reservations and still had to wait 30 minutes. I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a Caesar salad and I didn’t even recognize it. There were black crunchy things sprinkled on it, the lettuce was limp and soggy and I had asked for dressing on the side. The shrimp cocktail came on a huge bed of ice and the sauce was mediocre.The filet was good. The time between courses was a long wait. We had reservations at 7pm and left at 10:30pm. The waiter was very good but so busy I didn’t want to complain, but will not be back.
