So I was one of the OG Customer Was there from day one of the opening it was amazing service the owner knew me in Person we would come and he would welcome us specially and speak to me personally, Couple of month back I start seeing degrading of the customer service no welcome just doing the Job, I came with friend at late time and before close and the frustration from all the staff was unreal, I always bring families to this place and they always thanked me to know such place, This day they treated my friends badly even one guy said why you guys coming to this place they have 0 customer service, yes we come late but you should always be welcoming specially returning customers like us, and I actually appreciated them preparing the food that day, but the feedback in their service was so obvious, Today was the day that made be write this review, I went in with my family and kids, there was 3 kids serving one is the son of the owner he is good, but one other kid started acting weird while I am ordering the food, I put my hand on the glass so he told me to remove it and I apologized then the guy was asking which type you want to put on your sandwich and I forgot its name so I tried to point it and the guy don’t know which one so I went around the glass to point it, and the other kid started schooling me about not to go around the glass even, with a very bad attitude, that is the 3rd time they showed bad customer service towards us, I am done with this place and I will tell all my friends to avoid as well. So sorry such wonderful place and people turn into this that quickly it seems really money change people or whatever.

My daughter hates this kind of food but this is literally her favorite place to go. I’m not sure if it’s the food or because she gets treated like a queen every time she goes in. But this place is hands down amazing and the family that runs it is our favorite. Loooove this place can’t recommend it enough. (There is also a kids bowl that’s not on the menu so don’t let that deter you from going)Kid-friendliness: There is a kids bowl that’s not in the menu. My kid loves it.

Never eating anywhere else again while on my lunch break. They're always on time, food is always good, and the bowl lasts me for two meals. I always got cava for lunch but this is my new favorite! And the sandwiches are awesome too.

The food and service are always great. We have dined here at least 5 times and always leave happy. You have to try the cabbage and turnips on a bowl! A side of fire fries rocks!

This place is amazing! Great food and always tastes fresh! So many great options for toppings. Best of all is the customer service. My only complaint would be that it’s slightly overpriced for what you get which keeps me from coming back as much as I would like unfortunately.

Interesting twist to traditional gyros sandwiches. The hummus base spread along with pickled cabbage and light grill gives it all a slightly different flavor.

Super tasty chicken pita and fire fries. The staff was super friendly and helpful with his recommendations. I will be back next time I’m down the area. Would definitely recommend, especially for takeout. Fast and fresh! Well done!

We have been here twice and it was delicious both times! Things we have had-Chicken Shawarma, Chicken Lemon Rice soup, and Baklava. Everything tastes fresh, it's plated up quickly, and the service comes with the smile! Our day started rough today, but their food was like a hug for our hearts on this very cold day. Thanks for turning it around, Pita Way! We'll be returning soon :)

We go out to eat several times a week in Middle Tennessee but always on Sundays after church. Usually we go to a sit-down and serve dinner at a restaurant somewhere in the Franklin/ Cool Springs area. Some weeks we're in a bit of a rush to get home so we go somewhere a little faster. Pita Way was a random, Google search for 'faster' (not 'fast' - we're not fans of fast food chains) lunch today but after eating there it is definitely on our "go to" places to eat in the future. Alyce was raised in a second generation Greek home and I cut my teeth on falafels home cooked by Arabs while living in the middle east. This place has a great, fresh, and innovative integration of those food styles. We were pleasantly surprised.Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with kids there on the Sunday afternoon we first visited.
