This was our first time visiting Saffire. The menu has a combination of southern dishes with a few Cajun options thrown in. Being from southern Louisiana I am always hesitant to try Cajun food anywhere outside of my home state. I asked our server about the gumbo and he said the chef was from Baton Rouge so I gave it a try. It was a mistake. Gumbo is a soup made with a roux which thickens it but it shouldn’t be the consistency of gravy like this is. It was also way too spicy. I hate when people think Cajun food means overly peppery. The spice is for flavor not for heat. Also, tomatoes in gumbo is a big NO! Moving on….the truffle fries were amazing. I’m usually not a fan and most are just average but these are special. The burger was also really good. Lastly, the fried chicken over mac and cheese and greens was good but honestly not great. All in all the atmosphere was enjoyable and our service was good. We’ll be back.

It is difficult to find a 5 star across the board restaurant anymore, but here we are, Saffire checks every box. Service was small town friendly, atmosphere is fun and in a great location. But the food is the real star. I had the creole shrimp and grits. By far the best tasting dish I've experienced in a while. Shrimp was cooked perfect, grits creamy beyond imagined and the tomatoe creole sauce needed nothing added for taste. Thank you from every taste bud.

Everything was top notch from start to finish! Excellent service, food was great (try the bbq shrimp!!) and the manager personally came over to check on us and make sure everything was to our liking. Definitely added to our regular rotation of restaurants, 5/5!

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Saffire! My risotto was amazing, and so was my husband's plate of shrimp and grits. The biscuits they give you are SO good. It was a bit noisy in there, but the service was great. We will absolutely be back!

I loved Saffire! The atmosphere is a class act! Our server was Jenna. Wow all I can say is super server. Any question I had she knew the answer. It seems anything I needed she was right there to help with her bubbly personality! I will ask for her next time I come in❤️
We loved Saffire when it was first in the Factory many years ago and are thrilled that it is back and better than ever. Chef Matt’s Meatloaf is my go-to and the cauliflower starter is always delicious. Add in one of those Saffire martinis and I’m in heaven.

Elevated Southern Classics. The chicken fried chicken with mac & cheese and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and green beans were both delicious. Great friendly but non intrusive service from David. On a busy Saturday night at 7:45p, the atmosphere was a little loud at times making it hard to talk easily across a table.
