Really stoked on this new location for Otaku Ramen! Ordered a bowl of ramen, kimchi fried rice, tokyo fried chicken, pork donburi, and some taro boba. Everything was phenomenal but beware that the kimchi fried rice definitely has a kick! One of the highlights for me was the wasabi mayo dip for the delicious fried chicken. Just wow! Cute spot inside the Factory, plenty of seating, electrical outlets for remote workers like me. Not a lot of options if you dont eat pork. A few ramen bowls in vegetable broth but around half are pork broth. No build your own ramen which I would LOVE. My garlic ramen had an interesting black char liquid on the top. I have been wanting a ramen place in Franklin and I’m so glad Otaku came to this part of town. We got three different bowls and an order of potstickers. Everything was tasty and surprisingly quick considering the long line at the counter. We will definitely be back.
