Went to Smoothie King with my girl and Chandler was rude, disrespectful, and even racist toward her. He had a terrible attitude and made the experience awful—I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there because of him.
On the bright side, Angelica was amazing! Super kind, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Even though my girl didn’t like her drink, Angelica made us feel taken care of. She deserves 5 stars and a raise,but Chandler gets 0.

I visit Franklin often. I used to work at Smoothie King and my husband and I decided to stop here for nostalgic purposes. Never have I ever been so disappointed. My smoothie came out perfectly. The consistency was on point and my cup was filled to the lid. We both had gotten a 32oz, mind you. My husband's, however, was a total let down. He got a peanut power plus, which I've always known to be thick and creamy. His was like that of muddy water. There was an inch of space from the tip of the smoothie liquid to the lid. The young girl who made it needs some retraining.. not worth the money. Who would pay that kind of money for peanut water? I can't believe she would hand it over seeing it like that. We were trained to gauge proper consistency when I worked there. Simply careless and awful.

Ordered a 32oz power meal smoothie raspberry/blueberry, I get about 27-28 ounces. What gives, I mentioned it to the person who poured it and he said it’s because we don’t want to offset the ratio of the berries, HUH 🤔 🤦♂️. Never had this issue elsewhere.

I have been at the doctor's office all morning and had fasted the night before. so needless to say when I got to smoothie King I was about to collapse after giving three or four tubes of blood. so thank God that the staff was very efficient. got me what I needed and I was able to sit there and recover

Our favorite spot — we go several times a week! Trey & Casper were particularly stellar this weekend when my son accidentally spilled his smoothie immediately upon receiving it. The whole crew always goes above and beyond to make everyone’s day, are scrupulously clean, and efficient. Thank you for so many great experiences at this location!
