Latte is usually consistent, but I don't order here much. So many options nearby, far from my favorite choice. I also find this employee hand washing sign super perplexing considering there aren't any paper towels. Not only that but these steps, involved are wasting water and unsanitary. Bacteria travels in water, using an imaginary wet paper towel to turn off the water eventually after your hands are dry with your imaginary paper towel isn't the way forward.
I know this staff personally and they are the sweetest group of people you might ever meet!! my favorites are Clarice and Jodie. I always love going in there for a 5 minute conversation with them, it always cheers me up? ☕️

Located at Five Points in downtown Franklin at the intersection of Columbia Ave./Hwy 31 and Main Street. This is often a very busy Starbucks, and they get your order made quickly. They do not have a drive thru. They only have 1 or 2 free parking spots next to it. Most of the parking is paid parking. We eat here often.
