The only thing I get here is black nitro cold brew coffee and it’s way over priced

Worst Starbucks ever the manager Taylor is completely rude Will not help they made my drink wrong two different times I wanted to give them a second chance they refuse to give me a refund for their mistake and you could clearly tell it was messed up drink it was a different color than what it should have been. When I try to talk to the manager she was very dismissive and didn't care.

Best Starbucks in Franklin! They make the absolute best drinks compared to other Starbucks in the area. The fall stickers are a fun touch too!

Got coffee twice in one day here. The guy at the window in the morning was super cool and was grateful for the tip I gave.
Later in the afternoon, a woman was at the window. She actually doesn’t know how to say the words “thank you”.
Every time I tip at the window when she’s there, she just takes my money, turns her head and starts talking to the next customer.
You think I’m going to get my coffee here again?
Nope.
Think I’ll tip again if I did get my coffee here?
Nope.
Manger: please teach your employees the two simple words THANK YOU. It’s something we all learned as children (most of us, anyway) and keeps your customers coming back to order more and tip more.

I went thru the drive thru today after church so it was roughly 9:30 and the woman taking my money at the drive thru was not only not being very customer friendly but seemed almost hungover not wanting to be there. She had a large black X on her hand and looked like she rolled out of bed. When I asked how much it was because I had given her a gift card and another payment she couldn’t even tell me the price. Coffee was great but not the customer service.

I entered this store and wasn't greeted while walking up to the register to order. We had a few questions that were met with sarcastic, dull, and unhelpful answers. It appeared we were annoying the cashier by wanting to place a coffee order. After a lengthy wait, we finally received our coffees as they were set on a dirty pickup table. There was a runny spill on the table, and 4 people working behind the counter. They didn't appear that busy either! The coffees were good per usual, but the store has a blatant lack of customer service and cleanliness.

Very nice, clean store with friendly staff, especially as early as I was there. The bathroom was very clean as well. Got a brown sugar shaken espresso for the first time. It was really good. If I am ever back in town, I will visit this location again!

Love the service here, everyone is really nice and helpful. Drive-thru is usually very quick and no wait. The only complaint is the bacon on the breakfast sandwiches. It is always undercooked and scared to eat it. Nothing like the photos on the menu board.

Barista looked at me when I didn’t tip when I went through the drive-through. I don’t think I should have to tip when I’m buying a drink that is way overpriced to start with and I’m picking it up at the window. They’re doing their job what they’re supposed to do I shouldn’t have to pay extra for that.

Do the workers here realize everyone can hear them? If you hate customers so much maybe the service industry isn't for you.While waiting for my coffee a couple mornings ago I could clearly hear the workers gossiping and making fun of the people they're supposed to be serving, will not be coming back.

I came through the drive through a few mornings ago and I had the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. The lady at the window Dee had the worst attitude I’ve seen in the Franklin area and she’s a supervisor??!! . She needs a real attitude adjustment or another job if she can’t handle customer service properly.I will be calling corporate
