I went thru the drive thru today after church so it was roughly 9:30 and the woman taking my money at the drive thru was not only not being very customer friendly but seemed almost hungover not wanting to be there. She had a large black X on her hand and looked like she rolled out of bed. When I asked how much it was because I had given her a gift card and another payment she couldn’t even tell me the price. Coffee was great but not the customer service.

I entered this store and wasn't greeted while walking up to the register to order. We had a few questions that were met with sarcastic, dull, and unhelpful answers. It appeared we were annoying the cashier by wanting to place a coffee order. After a lengthy wait, we finally received our coffees as they were set on a dirty pickup table. There was a runny spill on the table, and 4 people working behind the counter....

Later in the afternoon, a woman was at the window. She actually doesn’t know how to say the words “thank you”.
Every time I tip at the window when she’s there, she just takes my money, turns her head and starts talking to the next customer.
