Handed me my breakfast items & not my coffees. Finally after 10 minutes another guy ask if I was waiting for something else. The very “non caring” girls responds with oh yeah. Brings me 2 coffees & says nothing! And the coffees are barely warm. Horrible experience!

There's no excuse for a grossly underfilled beverage at this price. I don't care if the drive through is wrapped around the building, take the extra time to steam more milk so you can deliver at least the bare minimum any of us expects: the amount of coffee we paid for.

I live in the neighborhood and have been to this SB literally hundreds of times over the years. To be honest, this location has gone downhill over the past couple of years. They are chronically out of basic supplies and employees seem to have very little experience or are not well trained. I also never see a mgr there unless it's one from amother SB. It's a shame really. I used to like coming here.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered a $50 door dash order and received an incorrectly prepared hot coffee only. Called the store, phone system sucks so you can't hear a thing except to contact doordash. So I did that and they said it's a Starbucks issue. So I have a wrong hot coffee and no way to get my $50 back. Oh, they did offer for me to come pick it up....I would if there wasn't a trailer attached to my vehicle from moving....hence why I soent $14 in fees and tip for tur convenience. Absolutely no empathy or solution offered. I want my money back.

Very busy in the mornings just be aware that you're going to be in line for a while inside or outside. Gourmet coffee and baked goods along with delicious seasonal drinks.
I waited 40 mins for an iced coffee. When I asked if they had any orders left under my name, they said "let me check" in a rude tone. I asked that after 30 minutes of waiting and then I finally got the drink 10 minutes later. It's just purely unprofessional and rude.
