I ordered from the app, for pick-up. Waited a long time but no order showed up…the clerk admitted they could not find the order. Meanwhile, during my long wait, it was hectic, chaotic. The pick up orders were laid out with little notice, people had to constantly look for their order, the cups were poorly labeled, each person had to pick up each cup and pull down the cardboard sleeves that covered the drink name. California makes the same drinks different every time. Nice to see a place in Tennessee that makes them right. A+++
