There's no excuse for a grossly underfilled beverage at this price. I don't care if the drive through is wrapped around the building, take the extra time to steam more milk so you can deliver at least the bare minimum any of us expects: the amount of coffee we paid for.
I live in the neighborhood and have been to this SB literally hundreds of times over the years. To be honest, this location has gone downhill over the past couple of years. They are chronically out of basic supplies and employees seem to have very little experience or are not well trained. I also never see a mgr there unless it's one from amother SB. It's a shame really. I used to like coming here.

The place always has massive lines. Decided to go inside thinking it would be faster than drive through. Definitely wasn't. They made my coffee well and the service was okay. Might try a different location to get my next cup.
