Waited in line for almost 15 minutes and wanted to consolidate a gift card (just wanted a Christmas themed card) for my child's teacher. Even after waiting, the manager said they couldn't do that at this location because it wasn't a stand alone store. Really? In my opinion, the manager could have made this tiny request happen if she wanted to.

This Starbucks was getting slammed 5 minutes before close. Then someone either went on break or left for the day as they were working the rush. It took 20 min to get our order and they forgot to make half of it and had to finish the rest after close. The mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino was not as good as we expected but the Cafe mocha was okay. I've not seen a Starbucks have a day like that before. Disorganized and chaotic and people being served out of order and being turned away because it was not clear that they were closed. I recommend clearer signage or communication on when hours are done.
