For 8 dollars you get a floppy quesodilla that's essentially just soup. All you gotta do is leave it for 30 extra seconds. Your paid by the hour why tf are you in such a hurry. Luckily I have common sense and a stove top at home so I can salvage it. Get bent.

I was with my family going thru the drive thru. thru. I ordered crunchy hard shell taco supreme meal with a Pepsi. The quantity of items on them was ok. The quality was not. The lettuce had a somewhat bitter taste. No sour cream. I felt something might go wrong when the young man seemed confused with each item I mentioned. The others said theirs quote was okay.

I came here the other day with my friend and we just wanted two blueberry freezes. We were sitting at the drive through waiting to be served and nobody came to the speaker for 10 minutes. As one does, I went to the window and there was a worker there and I let her know nobody came to the speaker. She told me she would not be taking my order at the window and to pull back around and try again. I pulled the truck back around and waited at the speaker for another 15 minutes, no service. Then, I pulled up to leave because of how ridiculous this was and she waited until I left and helped the next person in line. She refused my service twice for no reason.

This be that Taco Bell. I mean. If you are in cool springs. And want a taco. Just think, once upon a time cool springs was white trashy and Franklin proper wouldn’t even claim it, but then came an interstate, I guess. And after that came a mall! It was the 90s, malls were super in. And now, y’all forgot that this used to be some fields where no one was buying a taco. #grateful

I'm a walk-in customer that has been in here for 10+ years. Either the drive thru or at the front counter, plenty of employees in the store, I was told that I have to use the kiosk instead of paying cash. You have cash registers and plenty of employees, why am I turned away? Awful experience and I will spread the word to the surrounding dealerships that this is how the employees treat the customers. Just like backyard burger next to you, this location will be following suit.Also , one of the employees had their kids and family members eating and congregating instead of taking my order. Trash
