My three year old and I stopped by this evening and at first I thought it wasn't kid friendly because of the word lounge. But when we went in , the staff were so friendly and sat us down. There was a guy that entertained my kiddo a bit and our waitress was so so sweet and kind. On top she was quick and made sure we were taken care of. The food was amazing, hibachi is our favorite food and we love yum yum sauce. Everything was cooked to perfection and my kiddo drank down almost all of her clear soup. My kiddo also thought their robot was amazing. We will be back!!❤️❤️

We frequently go here for lunch. The Hibachi lunch (at a table) is incredibly reasonably priced for filet mignon and shrimp. The food has always been excellent, the service friendly, prompt and attentive. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Kid-friendliness: Brightly decorated and have a robot that brings food to the tables.

We had hibachi. The food was ok, nothing crazy special but fair. The atmosphere was cool, very clean and they had robots.

The service was slow. I don’t know if it was our server or if the entire restaurant was short staffed. We ordered a drink from the bar and it took over 45 minutes to get it. It took us almost 2 hours to order, make the food, and eat. The table next to us got their checks before we did.

We didn’t try sushi, but it looked good. I may go back, but may also think twice before doing so.

Been here one hour just now and got a cook. He said the computer was wrong. "Yeah right"

Me and my family went to this place last night. We are tourists and this is the worst restaurant experience I have ever experienced. My waiter Brook had an attitude all night. We ordered two hibachi combination dinners neither dinner came with the soup or salad. My food had hair on it and then I sent it back to be remade but all they did was replate my food on a different plate like I wasn’t going to notice. My steak was cold by time they brought it back out. Brook got my husband order wrong and wanted us to pay $9 for a side of shrimp that was suppose to be included with the combination dinner. The manger tried to justify Brook attitude for the night. It was a poor experience to say we spent $125 there last night.

If I could zero stars I would!!!

We ordered last week take out & the forgot our salads so instead of getting the salads can we just not be charged the extra two dollars for the fried shrimp and they still couldn’t understand that we went through a whole ordeal with going Ordering for five minutes of me telling them that instead of the salad get the fried rice just not up charge so I ended up talking to the manager. He still was confused as well. Finally broke it down to him. He said OK cool I go pick up my order mind. I ordered two lunch hibachi’s one shrimp and one chicken I go pick up my order. I’m standing there and they just gave me chicken hibachi. I said no I ordered two lunch hibachi one shrimp and one chicken. I stand there for another 10 minutes as the host says oh he’s cooking the shrimp so I’m thinking it’s the whole hibachi. She comes out with the shrimp on a plate. I said you know what never mind forget it just forget it at this point. This place is ridiculous because every time we come here, I try to give them chance at the chance every time it’s always something that is wrong.

Tonight, we had dinner at this restaurant in the hibachi section. The chef was terrible. For an outrageously expensive meal, we were given only six shrimp and a tiny, thin piece of salmon. The food was extremely overpriced, and my plate was full of burnt pieces. It was absolutely disgusting.

The food was good, I had a great time. The service was ok at the Hibachi table but the table was very tight. I enjoyed the ambiance and I am definitely coming back.

If you want to watch the staff chat with each other and ignore you every time you go then this is can be your new place!!! We always sit at the bar and the service is always horrible. The staff never acknowledges your even there!! Tonight 3 women chatted and usual and ignored us to the point we got up and left. it’s a shame cause the food is good but the service forget about it. The last time we went, I waited 20 minutes for a glass of wine as the bartender chatted with two or three people. Seriously find someplace else until they can do better.
