We have been going to the Rutledge for years and loved it; however they have changed their menu significantly. Most of our favorites are gone including the Mahi with coconut rice. We settled for a burger which was OK, but we don't go to the Rutledge for burgers. Really hope the change the menu back or at least add more options. The service was great but we won't go back until they update the menu.
This was our third time visiting The Rutledge. Overall, this restaurant is average at best with the service level lacking a bit.
The Rutledge has been one of our favorite restaurants. We were dismayed when we died there the other night to find that they have eliminated almost all of their terrific appetizers and reduced the choice of entrées to five items. It was difficult to find anything that was appealing... and impossible to order appetizers because they're just aren't any anymore...
I had filet and potato ($64). The filet was tough (cooked to med. temp.) The meal did not meet my expectation considering the price. I've had better filets at chain restaurants that are 1/3 the price. Drinks and dessert were satisfactory. Nothing special. We likely will not return to this restaurant.
Overpriced / poor value - two glasses of everyday wine + spinach dip app + two salads no meat (menu had positioned as an entree and I would state was a small side salad) was $84. Then you add $16 for sales tax + liquor tax + hospitality fee the bill was $100 before tip. Very disappointing experience and poor value for the amount of food.
It was our first time to dine here. We avoided the busy area near the mall. But we were surprised that to find not many other customers on a Saturday night making it feel a little strange and a little too quiet. No complaints on food or service. Menu a little limited for main entrees. I suppose we came on a low night. Very nicely decorated and ambiance.
The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were there early so noise level was low. Our service and food were excellent. I had the ahi tuna and my husband had the lobster roll. I highly recommend the Rutledge
Terrible service, food, and experience. I reached out to them via email and Facebook Messenger with no response as I typically do not post google reviews however with no response I wanted everyone to know. At a price point of almost $300 for three people and no alcohol, we could have had better service and food elsewhere for less money and it would have been better. My suggestion is do not go near this place.

What a terrific evening! Me and my partner were not sure where to choose and a friend of ours recommended this place and we're so glad they did. He and I were so hungry after yoga that we could barely see straight. Our server Destiney was an absolute character who knew the menu inside it out and was the key to us having a wonderful evening. Unbelievable cocktaiks and terrific desserts. It was just the fuel we needed for an adventurous evening that lasted well into the early hours of the morning
