Very average. Mediocre service at best, which is sad because service is what brings you back. They have special drinks but It’s no Patterson House. The bartenders are looking up the recipes as they make the drinks.

This week was supposed to be a great event for the Olympics at the Factory. We were so excited to come watch the Games with all of our friends, but this bar ran out of champagne by 6:30pm on the first Saturday of The Olympics.
There is an entire Moet + Chandon/ Veuve Clicuqot display surrounding this bar to promote their brands and the Olympics in France. So how can you under-order a spirit that is in most of the featured cocktails?
The bartenders did their best, but their management let them down this week. Reid and Josh did an amazing job handling tonight.
This wouldn't have happened last year with the old managers. We had never had an issue with any large event prior to this at the factory.

I asked for a drink that was no longer on the “menu”. The bartender had a disgusted look on his face. My boyfriend ordered a simple beer and the bar tender was nice to him, but really seemed uninterested in serving him since I apparently asked a stupid question by asking for a no longer available drink. So I ordered a drink “on” the menu to not be any more difficult. It was less than satisfying. As we continued to sit at the bar while my boyfriend enjoyed his beer, I watched another bar tender empty the trash into a different can, tie up the bag and then leave the trash can sitting right behind where the draft beers are poured. He then proceeded to cash out a customer and serve two other customers drinks all having not washed his hands.

Cool bar to grab a drink after shopping. Good selection of local beers on tap and hand crafted cocktails. They now have a QR sticker that allows you to order food from Hattie B’s & Mojo’s Tacos! Order and pay from your phone and they bring it right out to you!
Located inside the center of The Factory in Franklin, Tennessee off Franklin Road, this beautiful bar opened in 2023 in the renovated space. They offer beer, wine, and a selection of cocktails. The only food we saw on the menu was hummus w/ pita chips and vegetable medley. I had the Quittin’ Thyme cocktail made with gin, thyme-honey syrup, curacao, and lemon. My hubby had Yeehaw Dunkel on draft. We were here for after dinner drinks on a Friday night. There was a musician playing guitar and singing. We enjoyed the atmosphere. We received courteous service within a couple minutes after sitting down.
