Worst service ever, actually never even got service, three bartenders working and all kept walking past me, they all looked so unhappy to be there as well, after finally waiving one of them down after ten minutes all he said to me was hold on, grabbed my food and just went somewhere else. Not sure who’s running this place, but they sure need a sense of hospitality!

Really cool venue. Went for NYE for their party. DJ started 30 minutes late and stopped hour earlier than advertised. Then huge bar thst was covered up had 2 bartenders. Really a crap show! Totally unprepared!! Good thing it was free!

This week was supposed to be a great event for the Olympics at the Factory. We were so excited to come watch the Games with all of our friends, but this bar ran out of champagne by 6:30pm on the first Saturday of The Olympics.
There is an entire Moet + Chandon/ Veuve Clicuqot display surrounding this bar to promote their brands and the Olympics in France. So how can you under-order a spirit that is in most of the featured cocktails?
The bartenders did their best, but their management let them down this week. Reid and Josh did an amazing job handling tonight.
This wouldn't have happened last year with the old managers. We had never had an issue with any large event prior to this at the factory.
