We have enjoyed eating at this place for a few years now. Their poke bowls are delicious! We love their brown rice (I usually am not a rice fan, but theirs is very good!), grilled chicken and shrimp, plus choice of veggies, etc. It's all fresh, healthy, and delicious. We have a large family, and Top Poke Bowl is one we all love. My older kids love the boba drinks, and my husband and I love the lemon queen green tea- it's so refreshing and delicious. My youngest child loves the rolled ice cream best. It's a work of art and fun to watch them make it- it doesn't come from out of an ice cream carton. It's a homemade base that they pour onto an ice cold surface and freeze. Then they make yummy ice cream rolls from it. Best of all, it tastes heavenly! ?

Great boba tea and poke! Those who are “in the know” will go straight to the tables at the front with small pieces of paper on which to write your order. Those who are not “in the know” will be instructed by the staff to write out their order. The ingredients tasted fresh with many different sauces to put on top, and the boba was great. I definitely recommend eating here or stopping in for a refreshing boba tea.

I get the salad base with chicken and a mix of any favorite toppings (seaweed salad, pineapple, ginger, mango, carrots, and sesame seeds). The chicken here is TOP TIER (which I love because I am allergic fish). Many other poke places have such bland chicken, but not here!
T-OP is for sure THE BEST POKE PLACE IN THE NASHVILLE AREA!
