Umi is my husband and I’s favorite Japanese restaurant. We have been eating here for a few years now, and it has become a go-to for Japanese food. The food is always done so well. We have been to Japan and even this food can hold a candle! The service is always attentive, quick, and easy. We love the calm atmosphere inside, making it more enjoyable to eat. If you want a restaurant that is consistent in good food, come here!
Thursday dinnertime, was pretty quiet, immediately got a seat and ordered, food came a few minutes later. Bento box with beef, tempura, California roll and fried rice. The egg rolls were extraordinary - crispy on the outside, soft in the center. The rest was delicious and the service was excellent. A nice dining experience on the slightly pricier side of things, because I ordered outside of the lunch menu time but that was on me. Still high quality and I would recommend, and visit...
Had a terrific meal. Felt the menu was limited, but everything we ordered was really good. A few pieces of sashimi were still slightly frozen. Service was excellent and we will 💯 be back
