We were in Franklin TN for an appointment. We saw this Waldo's Chicken and beer. OMG the best place ever. The food is amazing and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back.
I ate lunch here today with a friend and what I observed was a manager who really cares about people and his customers. I have celiac disease and he went above and beyond to make sure my food was prepared correctly. Also, there was a table of state troopers, and he comped their whole meal!

Stopped by on Saturday night for the first time after experiencing awful service at a nearby place. We chose to sit at the bar and place our orders there. Our bartender, Angel, was wonderful—very sweet and well-educated. Despite getting busy quickly, he never forgot to check on us and ensure we were doing okay. My friend and I ordered some Tennessee Mules, and they were delicious! Surprisingly, it was Angel's first time making them, haha! I had the nachos, and they were truly impressive, especially with rotisserie chicken. Next time, I really want to try them with fried chicken! They also let us try many of their sauces since we didn't know what to get; the comeback was my favorite! My husband enjoyed the beers, and we will definitely be back.

I go by there at least 4 times a week usually for lunch when I’m at work or a pick up to take home after work. My favorite is the OG sandwich and Mac and Cheese or the cucumber salad. Always super good and if a mistake is made “which happens everywhere at some point” they are more than willing to fix it for you!! I Love this place and will do another review to shout out at one particular young man that often works the drive thru when I find out what his name is ! His customer service skills are wonderful!!
