NOT OPEN 24/7. Do not be mislead by what it listed online. They actually close at 11pm. Which is a huge bummer as this was one of the last 24/7 places in our area. Other than that it is a standard Walmart, not much more to say beyond that.

Items always out of stock , even though it shows several in stock! Carts stand overflowing outside, guess no one wants to bring them into the store. The store is in shambles and stuff is all over the floor and things out of place on the shelves! How do you even know what anything cost? Some states, by law have to put a price sticker on merchandise, not TN! Sam Walton would level this nasty store! Seedy characters wandering through parking lot! If it's dark outside, don't stop by , it's (in my opinion) not safe! I live close by that store and always end up at the Spring Hill location. It's Night and day! Worth the drive! Spring Hill I rate a 5 and Franklin is 1. Won't let me rate zero, wished I could! FYI, I hate giving bad reviews, but maybe from Walmart will read this and remodel and overhaul this store! One more thing I forgot, it's rush hour and you got 2 checkouts open and forced the rest of us to use self checkouts and the lines are stacking up! shame on Franklin Walmart!

i never like to leave bad reviews, and honestly, i don't think this walmart deserves one. the workers have always been friendly and helpful, the place is relatively clean (obviously it gets messy, but the employees do what they can!) and nothing has ever gone wrong with one of my experiences. UNTIL tonight. this has nothing to do with the Walmart staff. however, my friends and i came to shop at walmart after getting off of work. we all work the night shift, so it was pretty late, and we're all 18-20 years old, so i could understand why people would think we were up to no good. however, we were literally just shopping. my friends actually made purchases, so it wasn't like we were just loitering. anyways, we were looking around in the camping section, and my friend sat in a camping chair that was already folded out. he wasn't sitting in a way that could break the chair, or messing with it, or anything like that. he was just sitting normally with both feet flat on the ground, making conversation with my friends and i for a few minutes. he didn't even sit down for long at all. i would completely understand if an employee came and calmly told my friend to get off the chair, however that was not the case. the SECURITY guard came around the corner with a scowl on his face and just stood at the corner glaring at us until we recognized him. we asked him what we were doing wrong, and he made a sarcastic remark about walmart not being a "campsite." before we could say much else, he told us to leave or else he would call the cops. he literally THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS and tried to kick us out because my friend SAT IN A CHAIR. he was extremely rude and aggressive about it, and it was very unnecessary and unprofessional. last time i checked, sitting for 2 mins in a chair wasn't a crime. anyways, i hope walmart does something about this, because this type of behavior isn't acceptable, especially from a GROWN man. we spoke to the manager about it, and he was extremely kind. he told us we didn't have to leave. he also said that the security wasn't employed under walmart, but that he would have a talk with him about profiling. he apologized and said he didn't like that the security was running off his customers. (not to mention, he also said he didn't care if we sat in a chair. as long as we weren't stealing, being disruptive, riding bikes, or messing things up, he said he didn't mind. so according to the manager, what we "did" wasn't even wrong) it just worries me, because this man could do this again. and not just to some random teenagers. which is why i'm leaving this review. bc i would feel awful if the day comes where he kicks out a paying customer because of their race, age, looks, etc. or even ACTUALLY calls the cops for no good reason, and no one said anything about it. so yeah. walmart is a good place, but i would avoid their security at all costs. at the end of the day, he could have just calmly told my friend not to sit in the chair; instead he decided to be hateful. whichever company he IS employed for needs to do better. unfortunately i don't know who his employer is, so i'm leaving this review here. again, i will probably never leave another negative review in my life, and i don't want to be THAT person, but this needed to be brought to someone's attention. if you can't handle your anger or get past your assumptions about someone, security is absolutely not the job for you.

They destroyed a $650 car rim on my vehicle. They wouldn't take responsibility had to call the police to file a report and then their claim service through the insurance company won't take responsibility. This place is obviously run by a bunch of thieves crooks irresponsible hacks take your business elsewhere. This is really a crappy Walmart. The one in Springhill is so much better. First not only do they have a lot of stuff out of stock but they completely don't have the selection they do in some of the other Walmarts. The produce section is absolutely abysmal old ugly unappetizing Is putting it mildly. They leave the stuff sitting there it's so gross compared to Spring Hill you would think you're in another world. The electronics are very Limited compared to other Walmarts overall it just sucks here.

In an era where 92% of Americans shop online, you MUST get your online system working seamlessly. Otherwise, you'll NEVER be able to compete with Amazon, the company that mastered this art. For one of the most profitable companies in the U.S., this organization is poorly run, or at least this location. I had found several items I needed on Walmart's online site. In fact, I had amassed a cart of around $500 in merchandise, gadgets and appliances I needed for our newly remodeled kitchen. They had the cheapest prices, so they had my business. Perfect, I can use that $500 Visa gift card I received for Christmas. NOPE! No matter how many different ways I tried to enter a Visa gift card online to make my purchase, it didn't work. I called customer service and I was rudely informed that Visa gift cards only work at Walmart IN PERSON! I did find another option. To reserve my merchandise, I clicked on a payment option called PAY CASH, a really cool feature that allows you to pay in person at your local Walmart - by cash or card, even gift card - to secure your order. If you don't pay in person within a few days, the order is simply cancelled. Oh yes, it WOULD be a cool feature ... if it actually worked, and if your employees had been properly trained. I show up to Walmart and no employees have even heard of the PAY CASH option. Using my order number, they can see my order on hold. They just can't access it??? One employee said I should have used my Visa gift card online. I chuckle. It doesn't work online! I tried that! I'm not an idiot! They can't find a way for me to pay for my order. Manager after manager after manager tries to find a way to secure this purchase. None of them had been instructed on the PAY CASH option and were absolutely clueless. They said they didn't even know the online site had such a thing. If I can't make this payment here and now, the order will be cancelled within a few days. And I need these items! After 20 minutes of shenanigans by incompetent managers, I stormed out. The order will simply cancel itself and this Walmart just lost $500, and a customer for life. Do they care? HA! Absolutely not. They make billions of dollars! They don't care about $500. And yet, with all that annual profit, they have no idea how to operate online shopping!

GOOGLE REVIEWS Sort All grocery24 shelves18 management16 pharmacy11 +6 Sarah T. Local Guide · 17 reviews just now The Cool Springs location is very convenient for me. It could be better. I'd really hate to be that one customer who complains. Just about anything in general lol. Only if they had a certain item in stock. They've been out of Garnier Whole Blends Papaya shampoo & conditioner for 2 months now. & still no restock on this item in store. Too bad other locations & different retailers don't carry this product. Guess I have no choice. But to order this product online. Especially certain face wash products, makeup remover, deodorant. & other feminine hygiene products. I have to shop at Ulta Beauty. Just to get the daily beauty essentials that I need. Since Walmart doesn't carry every product in store or online. Their shelves are always empty & cleaned out. Just makes it very difficult & so frustrating. Still there should be 1 place that carries every single item in store. & always in stock. No matter what. A one stop & one trip to the store. This would make things so much easier. & a lot less stressful. Wish things could be simpler in life. Note to women: When I shop at this Walmart location. & I happen to carry my crossbody purse with me. I can't help but always get the impression of being watched by the employees. Throughout the entire store. No joke! They practically assume that I am going to steal something. I could just be paranoid about it & over reacting. Does anyone else feel the same way...? Like you're always being stalked by the employees & security guards. Just because you're a woman. & you carry your purse with you. Since when is it a crime to carry your personal belongings with you in retail stores. It's not just Walmart. It's every retailer store nationwide.

I was just at Walmart to return an Item and I was told that since it was over 50$ I could not return the item, I asked to see a manager I stood for 10 min to see a supervisor who told me she would give me a gift card and with out asking made me a gift card for the price of the item. I ask once again for a manager and that supervisor through her hands up in the air walked away and squeezed the air like she was strangling something, now and after another 10 min I end up seeing one he then tells me the same thing that he is not able to do returns over 50$ and that since they have completed the transaction I have to keep the gift card, I was unable to put the balance on my card and never got a answer on why they would not do that for me. I never shop at Walmart and have never had a good experience at this location I will drive out to springhill Walmart.

Sunday night before the kids go back to school and this store is very mismanaged. Probably over 20 people in line at the self checkout and maybe one or two other lines completely full of people. A lot of carts available but let's send staff out to collect carts and have another staff stocking Ritz crackers at the entrance and another staff shutting down all the self check outs at the other end of the store. No bueno guys. Get it together.

Horrible customer service, no one is in the gardening section to help at all, to be quite frank I could've walked out with a bunch of flowers and nobody would've even known. I was interested in some rocking chairs I was told I would have to bring them by myself out of the Gardening section, nobody even offered to help!!

2 registers open. People backed up. My once frozen food is melted. Business as usual at this location.

I hate Walmart in general. I've been screwed on every online order I have ever purchased but yesterday my husband and I went into this store for a birthday gift for a friends little boy. We spent quite some time picking out the right toy and went with a large one that was on sale (so we thought) on the very bottom shelf. We went to check out and the toy rang up double the sale price. We notified the lady at checkout about the sale price and she had a mngr go check it. We stood in line for about 10 minutes before the mngr came back with 2 price tags. She said that was the wrong price for the toy and if we looked at the code (that was so damn tiny) we wouldn't have confused it. I told her, in order to check that tiny code we'd have to lay down on the floor to check it and that the toy was right above the tag. She continued to say that the toy was on top of that sale tag bc they needed to make room for other toys. I mind was blown. As far as I'm concerned that's false advertisement and we should've got the toy for the sale price but walked away paying full price. I'll avoid Walmart as long as I can. I'd rather shop Amazon and I really hate Amazon. Piss poor management at this store and the customer service is a joke.

This is about one employee in particular. If I could give the cliche zero stars I would. Every month when I go to pay off my Walmart credit card, I'm always met with the same unfriendly dark-skinned black lady. She's the one with the medium length black wig. Don't know her name though. Every time I interact with her, she's always so negative. Last time I was there, she would just have a rude demeanor when I went to pay my card. This time really made me mad. As I was paying my card, she would keep laughing at me because I kept messing up. Look lady, this is customer service, at least make an effort to be nice, or go back to Flint, Michigan, or wherever you come from! I would go to other locations, but this is the only one here in Franklin, which is where I live. Management, hr, owners, whoever is responsible for their employees please do something about her behavior. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has a problem with her!

I tried to spend some money here but was told not to park or risk getting towed. This location had been an overnight stopping spot for four years. I pull campers to dealerships and would plan the trip so I could stock up on ice and food etc. and spend the night until about 5am. Cant spend it here anymore. Moving on down the road. Was good for us both while it lasted.
