Stacey, our waitress was attentive and gave great recommendations on the wine and charcuterie board was delicious and included a wide variety of meats and cheeses! Our first time here, we really enjoyed our relaxing experience in a perfect wine tasting atmosphere! Congratulations to the owners and the staff for providing us with a delightful evening experience in beautiful Franklin!!! We will return on our next visit! “I went there two weeks ago. I enjoyed the ambience and nice, relaxed, and upscale atmosphere. Also, sitting on the rooftop looking at the beautiful views of Cool Springs were majestic. I enjoyed it so much, I returned two days later. It’s a great place for professionals to unwind after a long day or bringing family and friends for a great social gathering.“

“Food is excellent. Service not precise. Appetizers were not put in. Asked a second waiter and received half way through entree. Ordered extra sushi items. Asked original waitress at bar again and that too showed up eventually. Great food. Poor bar waitress attentiveness.“

“Barbara was our server and she was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about her. She had a nice smile and pleasant attitude. The food was good, however I'm extremely disappointed there's no more cilantro grilled chicken entree!! That's one of my favorites. Please put it back on menu. I'm a VERY regular Firebirds customer. The restaurant has nice decor. It's a relaxing atmosphere, even if it was quite loud last night. The noise level is not something the restaurant can control, however. It's always a nice time at Firebirds.“
