Had lunch here for the first time today with my mom. Great little place in the "heart" of Friendsville. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, great food. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. It felt like going back in time to when life was simpler. It has home cooking and that small town feel that Blount County used to have when I was growing up.
I can't tell you how much I loved it. I had lunch here two days in a row, both visits were exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly, and attentive. Service and food were wonderful, prices are more than fair, i actually felt like I wasn't paying enough! I will be going back. To sum it up, it felt like a Sunday afternoon lunch at Grandma's house. They made me feel like family, and fed me like i was.
I have eaten breakfast and lunch here. Everything has been good. Nice place, good home cooked food, reasonable prices, and friendly people. Give them a try and support a local business.Hamburger Friday at M&P's today. Good fresh homemade burgers. If you don't like crinkle fries, you can substitute a different side. Very tasty.
