The website says open 5 am to 8 pm. 1 walked 1/2 an hour in the heat, only to find that both Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts closing at 2 pm. The door wasn't locked. I went in, and they wouldn't serve me.

Terrible service. I ordered my cake in advance and when I went to pick up my order they told me that there was no order in my name. But they did charge me for the order. I was very upset and I don’t think they deserve a star for the bad service.???????

Its a nice day out. A good day to enjoy a little sundae. Or so we thought...The lady that made our items wasn't wearing gloves, hadn't washed her hands when she came from who knows where, and proceeded to make our sundaes while sticking her hands all over the ice cream. All the while, ignoring any interaction with us other than handling our payment. Once she was finished hand making the ice cream, she instantly stormed away because she was busy yelling at a coworker. We stood there dumbfounded, tried to get a remake of the food to no avail. Corporate, send someone in that is licensed to handle food because this was gross.

Been here 3 times. Big mistake. First visit we were stuck in the line for 45 min. Second visit we waited again for 45 min . Decided to try one last time. We were the only ones there, they didn’t know what a 31 below was? and didn’t tell us the cc machine was broken until we got to the pay window. All the visits had three items. Save time and frustration and go to Indian lake location.

I've got to give a big shout out to Jake. I came in to pick up an Uber order. Jake was the pinnacle of customer service. Had an issue with the order but he offered effective solutions to keep the customer happy. He pretty much runs the show too. There was a big line before me and he took care of everyone in know time. Jake deserves a big raise and a promotion. Jake you made my night.
