Terrible service. I ordered my cake in advance and when I went to pick up my order they told me that there was no order in my name. But they did charge me for the order. I was very upset and I don’t think they deserve a star for the bad service.???????
Its a nice day out. A good day to enjoy a little sundae. Or so we thought...The lady that made our items wasn't wearing gloves, hadn't washed her hands when she came from who knows where, and proceeded to make our sundaes while sticking her hands all over the ice cream. All the while, ignoring any interaction with us other than handling our payment. The website says open 5 am to 8 pm. 1 walked 1/2 an hour in the heat, only to find that both Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts closing at 2 pm. The door wasn't locked. I went in, and they wouldn't serve me.
