I witnessed a customer approach the counter and ask for some sauce. The employees just looked at him and ignored him. After a while they asked if he needed anything. He said he just needed sauce and that everything else was correct. They kept asking if his order was correct and that he just needed sauce for his meal. One of the employees then under her breath said "That's not what I asked you but whatever". This frustrated the customer but finally got him his sauce. After he left...read full review

This location has made improvements, but still doesn't grasp the concept of filling orders as they come in. I had mobile order at the top of the board for fries and a tea. I waited over 10 minutes as people ordered meals in line and received them before I did. Finally had to ask if I could have mine.
