I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but after today I just had to. The front desk lady is the absolute worst human being I have ever had the unpleasant misfortune to meet in my life. She treats you like an idiot, she rolls her eyes when you ask about the donuts, she scoffs at your order, she snarks at you when you say good morning, and today she closed her shop on me and two other customers while we were walking in.
