Captain D's is a seafood restaurant with a mix of good and bad experiences. While the food is consistently good, the staff's work ethic and customer service are a concern. At this location, employees appeared to be overwhelmed and underprepared, with one employee having a public meltdown over an ice machine. On the other hand, a dedicated employee worked multiple roles, including drive-thru, dining room orders, and DoorDash, and was praised for her efficiency and friendliness. However, other staff members were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in providing good service. Despite these issues, the restaurant serves delicious dishes, such as blackened tilapia, and has potential for improvement with better training and management.
