“We were at Jonathans in Gallatin on 12-27-25. I just want to brag on one of the employees Hannah. I believe she is the best server we have ever had anywhere. She was friendly, attentive to be sure we didn't run out of drinks and was checking on us often. Shout out to Hannah, you did a GREAT job! I noticed she had a few tables and took time with each customer.“

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.“

“We made a mistake with an order for 18 pizza's for a Birthday Party (wrong day) but after speaking with Hannah (manager) in-store, she and here team jumped into gear and made the pizza's in 45 minutes and saved the Birthday celebration. THANKS Hannah and staff for turning our mistake into a happy ending after all. Thanks what I call excellent Customer Service!!“

“The service is great, but the spaghetti is overseasoned, the cake is always frozen on one side, and i really wish you guys would've kept the chess squares, but the burgers, mac n cheese, and of course chicken are absolutely delicious.“
